What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or tapping, is a gentle yet effective tool that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine and modern psychology. By tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on an emotion, memory, or belief, EFT helps to release emotional and energetic blocks.

The process works by calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and allowing you to address unresolved feelings or traumas.

EFT is often described as “emotional acupuncture without the needles,” and it’s a powerful way to release negative energy, reprogram your mindset, and restore balance to your body and mind.

What to Expect from an EFT Session...

During an EFT session, we’ll focus on an emotion or challenge you’re facing and explore the memory or belief tied to it. By asking questions like, “What did I or they make it mean?” we identify the limiting belief or decision that was formed from past experiences.

Once this belief is uncovered, we’ll tap on specific meridian points while acknowledging the belief—to clear its emotional charge. As we tap, we’ll replace the limiting belief with a new, empowering one, reprogramming your mindset to support your goals and desires.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, more aligned, and equipped with a renewed sense of possibility.
